Antes de convertirse en uno de los principales referentes del yoga en España, Xuan Lan vivió en París y en Nueva York. Luego se trasladó a Barcelona, donde trabajó durante una década en el sector financiero. Desde 2012 se dedica a la enseñanza del yoga y a difundir la práctica de esta disciplina a través de su método accesible a todos, creado a partir de su experiencia como profesora de vinyasa yoga y su práctica personal de ashtanga yoga. Xuan Lan defiende un estilo de yoga moderno, a la vez dinámico y espiritual, para encontrar la armonía entre el cuerpo y la mente.
