  • Opened Underwear: Due to hygiene reasons, opened underwear cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Opened Perfumes and Colognes: These items are not eligible for return or refund once opened.

🔹 Restocking Fee for Luxury Items

  • Definition: Items valued at over $1,000 are considered luxury items.

  • Restocking Fee: A 7% restocking fee will apply to all returns of luxury items. This is based on the national average restocking fee.

  • Deduction: This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Occasionally, due to rare software or system glitches, products may display incorrect pricing — including discounts that bring an item below our cost. STORE 7994 LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders placed under such pricing errors. We cannot honor these orders and appreciate your understanding.
