Este libro es una colecci n de escritos de apolog tica cristiana, no un tratado sistem tico, por lo cual deja de lado muchos temas relevantes. Por supuesto, hay muchas m s razones para ser cristiano que las aqu expuestas. Ojal la lectura de esta obra sea, al menos para algunos lectores, un est mulo para adentrarse en el gran oc ano de sabidur a de la apolog tica cristiana. Los cristianos debemos llevar la luz de Cristo, verdadera, buena y bella, a un mundo agobiado y oprimido por falta de fe y de esperanza. Es mi deseo que este libro contribuya a anunciar la Buena Noticia del Evangelio, para que la alegr a y la paz de Cristo broten o rebroten en muchos corazones.
Author Biography
Daniel Iglesias Grèzes nació en Montevideo (Uruguay) en 1959. Se graduó como Ingeniero Industrial (Opción Electrónica) en la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad de la República en 1985, como Magíster en Ciencias Religiosas en el Centro Superior Teológico Pastoral en 1996 y como Bachiller en Teología en el Instituto Teológico del Uruguay "Monseñor Mariano Soler" en 1997. Es socio fundador de la Obra Social Pablo VI, de la Sección Uruguay de la Sociedad Internacional Tomás de Aquino y del Centro Cultural Católico "Fe y Razón". Fue miembro del Instituto Arquidiocesano de Bioética "Juan Pablo II" y de la Comisión Nacional de Pastoral Familiar, Encargado de Redacción de la Revista "Pastoral Familiar", miembro del IV Sínodo Arquidiocesano de Montevideo y conductor del programa "Verdades de Fe" en Radio María Uruguay. En 1999, junto con el Lic. Néstor Martínez y el Diác. Jorge Novoa, creó "Fe y Razón", un sitio web católico de teología y filosofía. Desde 2006 edita la revista virtual "Fe y Razón". Desde 2009 ha editado trece títulos de la Colección de Libros "Fe y Razón". Desde 2010 colabora con el portal español InfoCatólica, mediante su blog "Razones para nuestra esperanza". Ha publicado once libros sobre temas religiosos por el método de auto-publicación: siete en Lulu y cuatro en Amazon.
