He has written for Elle, Cosmopolitan, Wired, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Texas Monthly, and Parents. His humor has been collected in Created in Darkness by Troubled Americans: The Best of McSweeney's Humor Category, edited by Dave Eggers. He lives in New York, with his wife and children.
