In examining a new aspect of space/geography these essays promote challenge, irony, and unexpected avenues of thought. Karen M. Morin is associate professor of geography at Bucknell University. Her articles have appeared in the Annals of the Association of American Geographers, Transactions of the Institute of British Geographers, and Journal of Historical Geography.
