He has professionally related travel to Japan, South Korea, Mexico, South Africa, and Brazil. Dr. Jeffries was a Kellogg Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) Leadership Fellow with the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO), and he attended the highly regarded Institute for Educational Management (IEM) at Harvard University.
