Rick Cochran grew up in Wellfleet, Cape Cod, Massachusetts (1952-1972). His father was principal of the Wellfleet Consolidated School (grades 1-12) until in closed its tiny high school portion in 1959, and merged to form Nauset Regional. Rick is a retired educator with degrees from Tufts and Northeastern.
