Beatriz Rivas es autora de la novela La hora sin diosas, Viento amargo, Todas mis vidas posibles y, a cuatro manos, Amores adúlteros (2010) y Amores Adúlteros... el final (2011), publicadas bajo el sello de Alfaguara. Realizó estudios de derecho y periodismo y una maestría en letras modernas. Ha trabajado al lado de personajes como José Gutiérrez Vivó, Jorge Castañeda, Ikram Antaki, Adela Micha, Román Revueltas y José Cárdenas, entre otros, en medios de información como Imevisión, la Revista Milenio, Monitor de Radio Red, Radiópolis y Canal 40. Actualmente se dedica de tiempo completo a las letras, impartiendo talleres literarios e imaginando sus siguientes novelas, con un whisky al lado.
