Dominika Paleta es actriz, mamá y una apasionada por la nutrición con alma de cocinera. Nacida en Cracovia, Polonia, llegó a México a los 8 años, país que la recibió con los brazos abiertos y la vio crecer. Estudió la carrera de Historia del Arte en la Universidad Iberoamericana. Su interés por la cocina, la nutrición y la vida en equilibrio la han llevado a profundizar en el tema más de dos décadas, durante las que ha estudiado con reconocidos maestros en diversos talleres, retiros y escuelas como Natural Gourmet Institute y el iin, en Nueva York.
