She describes in the first part of the book what was broken in our old work that limited our seeing our personal power. The second part of the book offers a "Cliff Notes" approach to deep areas of interest/power. She dives into the body's energy system, using meditation, breathwork, sound, crystals and so much more. Each chapter is a basic description of a big concept written for the non-spiritual journeyer to get the gist of these very helpful topics. Moon then directs the journeyers on these new spiritual paths to pick the topics that resonate most powerfully with them and go study more. She offers us her online resources, including audio of meditation and breathwork practices to help the journeyer along.
