The Runes are used to understand and shape one's environment, pronounce and execute judgements, and project the will. There are three components to a Rune; the SHAPE, the NAME, and the VIBRATION of the name. Many times the name and vibration sound different. The last section of the book explores Bind Runes; their use and composition. Several examples are covered from my own workings and books.
