Leslie O. Magsalay, M.S. is the Founder/COO of The PMO Practice, a management consulting firm. Leslie is an accomplished executive with an exemplary record of leading product portfolios for Fortune 500 technology enterprises (Sun Microsystems, McAfee, Agile Software, Oracle, Avid/DigiDesign). Acknowledged as an industry expert in bringing complex systems (both hardware and software) and network solutions (B2B, B2C) to market, she is highly skilled in program execution, process, and cross-functional leadership as well as forging strategic partnerships through product lifecycle management. A certified PMO executive, she is also certified in many new product development processes (both waterfall based and agile), quality management (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing) and product frameworks (SDRA - Software Development Re-Architecture, PLC process - Product Lifecyle, PLM - Product Lifecycle Management - Systems) used today.
