Jean Grugel is Professor of Development Politics and Director of the Interdisciplinary Global Development Centre at the University of York. Tallulah Lines is a PhD candidate in Politics and Research Associate at the Interdisciplinary Global Development Centre at the University of York. Jessica Omukuti is Research Fellow on Inclusive Net Zero at the Institute for Science, Innovation and Society at the University of Oxford.
