Sibylle Stehli currently lives in Cape Town, South Africa. She is divorced and has a very close relationship with her two children, who live with their father. This is her first book, which has been written from her varied and sometimes challenging life experience. It is a personal account of one woman's ability to take one small act of courage after another to help her live through the various challenges she faced. In so doing, she learned valuable lessons along the way. Through her journey, she was inspired to give up her corporate career and open her own complimentary health-care practice in 2009.
