Tracy Dolezsar-Glarvin is a principal in Saskatchewan, Canada. With 18 years of experience as an educator, Tracy has taught students at a variety of different grade levels - in the rural system and in the city, in low socio-economic neighbourhoods and in upper middle-class communities, students who were deemed at risk and students with privileged lifestyles. With a M.Ed. thesis focused on positive teacher-student relationships and in the dozens of professional development workshops she's delivered, her enthusiasm for creating a caring classroom is evident.
