As Window, the young man from the Windlands, walks down the road, he kicks at a stone buried in the dirt. This is the start of an amazing adventure that takes him to far-away lands in search of discovery and fabulous treasures.

It is a story of wonder, excitement, family, friendship, loyalty, mystery, exploration, danger, and love - a many layered story with hundreds of characters, all intertwined, as Window travels far from home into the wild lands and beyond.
