He retired from the Cowboys in 1979 to pursue a business career. Today he is president of Energy Transfer Group and is active in civic affairs.
Charlie Waters is a former player for the Dallas Cowboys and former staff coach for the Denver Broncos. After leaving the NFL as a player he embarked on a coaching career. Roger Staubach is a Hall of Fame football player and former quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys.
