He is the author of over a dozen books, including Hesitation: Impulsivity and Reflection (Greenwood, 1990), Inevitability: Determinism, Fatalism and Destiny (Greenwood, 1988), and Personality and Authority: A View from the Behavioral Sciences (Greenwood, 1983).
