She is the author of Overcoming Anxiety (Robinson, 2014), Managing Anxiety (OUP, 1995), How to Beat Your Fears and Worries (Robinson, 2011), Overcoming Childhood Trauma (Robinson, 2000) and An Introduction to Coping with Childhood Trauma (Robinson, 2011), and co-author of An Introduction to CBT (SAGE, 2016).
