He received his Ph.D in Management and Business Policy from the University of Colorado - Boulder. Barry R. Armandi, Ph.D. is a Distinguished Teaching Professor at the State University of New York - Old Westbury and Chair of the Management, Marketing, and Information Systems department in the School of Business. He has provided strategic management consulting services to companies nationwide including American Express and AVIS. He is an accomplished author and speaker and has received numerous awards for both his teaching and research.
