Kaplan has extensive experience working as a senior executive to drive change. His expertise includes architecture, customer-inspired innovation, development, innovation, operations, risk and service management. Kaplan has helped organizations dramatically improve business processes through the strategic deployment of technology-enabled investments. He has experience with multiple business areas including engineering, marketing, sales, service, and supply chain. His industry experience spans aerospace, automotive, financial services, chemical, computer and electronic equipment, consumer package goods, defense, energy, government, pharmaceutical, software, and telecommunications. Prior to consulting, Kaplan worked in the IT industry, where he held IT management and practitioner positions in multiple business areas including development, customer management, service provision, vendor and project management.
