Author Biography
John Henry Sheridan fell in love with the guitar around the age of 8. He got his first guitar (an electric) at 11 and has never looked back since. He has spent the majority of his life pursuing his passion for uncovering the magic of the guitar and sharing his discoveries and knowledge with the world. He currently enjoys teaching guitar both at his home studio and at Grace Music Center (Brooklyn, NY). His YouTube channel John Henry Guitar Lessons focuses on empowering people to enjoy the guitar in a simple and enjoyable way. He lives with his wife Yoko and son Kai in Marine Park, Brooklyn, NY.
