They don't cover the full sequence of steps needed to construct the models and the diagrams. The goal of Simple Arcadia for Beginners: Using Capella is to get you comfortable enough with Capella and the basics of Arcadia so that you can confidently construct common models. This book covers the basic Arcadia diagram types, showing detailed steps to construct simple models that demonstrate key concepts for each diagram type. If you work your way through all of the examples in this book, you should be on a strong footing to tackle more complex modeling problems when they come your way.
Simple Arcadia for Beginners: Using Capella is a collaboration of two authors. For the Capella edition of the Simple for Beginners series, Pascal Roques provides in-depth knowledge of Arcadia and Capella. David Hetherington serves as the editor and adapts some of the material from the SysML books in the Series.
