This is not a "How-To" sales book If you are looking for that, there are many other books by fine authors for you to choose from. It's a "How-To-Be-A-Successful-Person in Sales" book There are literally millions of ways to get all the knowledgeyou need to successfully not fall on your face in front of a customer or prospect.
