Author Biography
David Claeson grew up in the frozen tundra of Farmington, Minnesota, where long winters stuck inside with books beside the fireplace developed his love for reading and writing. Now working as a third-grade teacher, David has a passion for storytelling, both inside the classroom and out of it. During bouts of procrastinating writing his stories and lesson plans, he can be found in the outdoors running, bouldering, and chasing any views of nature not involving snow. I take much of my influence from my rural Maine residency and from my own development, and subsequent recovery from, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
