Berenice Suárez was born in Colombia. She emigrated to the United States at 20, searching for the famous "American Dream." Since childhood she showed her adventurous spirit and her passion for helping others. She always liked outdoor activities and enjoy nature next to her brother Raul Eduardo, and her neighbors. When she was 7 years old she started practicing soccer, typical sport in her homeland, Barranquilla.
