JANE BAXTER is the head chef and co-owner of Wild Artichokes, Kingsbridge, Devon. She is a well-respected head chef, newspaper columnist, cookbook author and TV personality. She has been a regular face to BBC Saturday Kitchen's 2 million viewers for 4 years. Most recent appearance being 3rd September 2022. She began her career in cookery at 'Riverside' in Helford under George Perry-Smith, then she worked under Joyce Molyneux at 'The Carved Angel' in Dartmouth which then led to her time at The River Café in London.
