Author Biography

Debbie Gardner (Cincinnati, OH) was a deputy sheriff for the Cincinnati Sheriff's Department for eight years. Mike Gardner (Cincinnati, OH) was a 28-year veteran sergeant of the Cincinnati Police Division. The Gardners are the founders of the Survive Institute, a company that offers courage-based personal protection seminars. Their clients include American Airlines, IBM, Procter & Gamble, and General Motors, among many others.
