Author Biography
Piedad Bonnett es licenciada en Filosofía y Literatura por la Universidad de los Andes. Tiene un máster en Teoría del Arte y la Arquitectura de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Ha publicado nueve libros de poemas y varias antologías de su obra, entre las que destacan Lo demás es silencio (2003) y Los privilegios del olvido (2008), y el volumen Poesía reunida (Lumen, 2016). Además, es autora de seis obras de teatro, de las novelas Después de todo (2001), Para otros es el cielo (2004), Siempre fue invierno (2007), El prestigio de la belleza (2010), Lo que no tiene nombre (2013) y Donde nadie me espere (2019), todos estos publicados por Alfaguara. Poemas suyos han sido traducidos al italiano, al francés, al alemán, al sueco y al portugués, y su libro Lo que no tiene nombre ha sido traducido al francés, al holandés y al alemán.
