He earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizations from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has been an organizational consultant and leadership coach for the last 22 years. He specializes in coaching men and women to utilize the proverbs for personal leadership development and discipleship. He lives with his family in Oregon.
