The second section (Section II) of the book contains information on 54 food choices, good and not good foods, nutrients, and supplements that produce energy in your body, poor health, and disease. These good and not-so-good food choices determine the health of your intestinal bacteria, body cells, blood, and organs.
Section II lists more than 54 of the most common foods, nutrients, and supplement groups. It shows the energy values in food that produce great energy and food that produces little or no energy. The food, nutrient, and supplement groups have been graded on a scale from 10 (great and good energy) down to one (poor or no energy).
