Contraria a toda l gica democr tica, los poderes f cticos, enquistados en las estructuras del Estado, amparados en un ordenamiento legal interesado de los proceso pol ticos, que legitiman vicios, trampas y promueven la presi n absoluta del poder econ mico en los: procesos electorales, decisiones jurisdiccionales, decisiones legislativas y, monopolizan el poder de los medios de comunicaci n e informaci n; orientan la opini n nacional con dilemas falaces para legitimar y consensuar una forma delincuencial de gobierno. Consecuentemente, el sistema actual, entrampa el desarrollo y progreso unitario de la sociedad peruana.
