Dr. Morgan-Bathke holds a Ph.D. in nutritional sciences from the University of Arizona, an M.B.A. with focus in international business and health care administration from Viterbo University, and completed her dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian through the Carondelet Health System in Tucson, Arizona.
