In writing this book the author drew on his formal education, research, and teaching in basic behavioral science and the lessons he learned during four decades of work in educational, community, and organizational settings.
Author Biography
Robert Crow earned a doctoral degree in the Analysis of Behavior, then, during a 40-year career, applied principles of behavior science in settings of education, health and human services, higher education, and programs promoting human development. For 2 decades he was Director of the Human Development Center at the LSU Health Sciences Center, and he served as Head, Department of Interdisciplinary Human Studies.
He taught in departments of education, allied health, and psychology across 7 universities in courses emphasizing leadership, personal and social research, special education and behavior management. In 2005, he obtained the Board Certified Behavior Analysis-Doctoral credential. Currently, Dr. Crow is active as an author and consultant.
