She hopes it is a reminder to be #kind and hopefully bring everyone together once again. Lisa feels there is so much pain and suffering in the world and we do not need anymore and so lets talk, support and love one another. This book of poems is all about being yourself and loving yourself exactly how you are right now and for remembering all you have overcome, the hardships, battles and pain. But also encouraging positivity, courage and for remembering how unique, special and loved you are and celebrating being exactly perfectly you but also talking about those difficult subjects that are not spoken about openly enough and letting people know it is ok to speak up.
