Many people think all it takes to be santa claus (with a small s and a small c) is to put on a red suit and a fake beard and say, ho ho ho.
They are wrong I can put on a green operating room outfit, complete with hair cover and shoe covers and a stethoscope but that doesn't make me a doctor and you sure don't want me taking out your appendix.

I am retired after 40+ years working in the US and Europe. During that time, I helped over 200 companies improve their marketing, fulfillment, customer service and computer systems. I have also been the keynote speaker and instructor at many seminars on marketing and customer service.

I first put on the red suit in December 1999. It was a full outfit, including coat, pants, wig, beard, belt and shoe covers (so that they looked like boots, sort of) and cost me $25.00 at Walmart.
