Tuvo una extensa y destacada trayectoria en IBM. Fue Presidente y Gerente General de IBM Uruguay, Director de Satisfacción de Clientes, Gerente General y Director para el Sector Público para IBM Latinoamérica, Presidente y Gerente General de IBM Latinoamérica Sur. Es socio fundador y CEO de Xn Partners. Como consultor de la firma, diseña y facilita la implementación de soluciones de desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo y gestión para ejecutivos, y de cambio organizacional basado en Indagación Apreciativa. Es autor de la conferencia motivacional "Cuatro Actitudes para el Éxito", que constituye la base de este libro. Desde su regreso a Uruguay, ha dedicado una gran parte de su tiempo a trabajar en forma honoraria en organizaciones sin fines de lucro, como DESEM Junior Achievement y Endeavor Uruguay, entre otras. Es Ingeniero de Sistemas graduado en la Universidad de la República (Uruguay). Adicionalmente, obtuvo educación ejecutiva en las universidades de Carnegie Mellon y Columbia University.
