El Modelo está siendo utilizado en una casa de cuidado de adultos mayores en el Estado de Colima, en el cual se han ido modificando las estrategias de atención en donde se busca principalmente el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, a partir de actividades lúdico-recreativas, que les permite interactuar entre ellos. Además se destaca la importancia de la relación del cuidador-adulto mayor, y de la necesidad de contar con personal profesional. Este trabajo de investigación muestra la aplicación del Modelo haciendo al final una propuesta de actividades así como de la creación de una ludoteca para adultos mayores.
