Misty is a dog who lives on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. She loves playing in the waves near a restaurant called the SunShine Shack, just down the beach from where she lives with Bankie Banx, a famous reggae singer.
One day Misty meets a fish named Splash who surprises her with an unusual ability. They play a game of chase in the waves. But after a while, Splash disappears.
