Author Biography

In 1984, he was one of the first therapists to integrate mindfulness and biofeedback into psychotherapy. He leads retreats in British Columbia, Canada, Oregon, and Washington.
Laura Musikanski is the Executive Director of the Happiness Alliance (happycounts.org) and co-author of The Happiness Policy Handbook.
