Médico salubrista y profesor universitario. Maestro y Doctor en Salud Colectiva. Es profesor del Departamento de Medicina Preventiva y Orientador Permanente del Programa de Post-Graduación en Salud Colectiva de la Escuela Paulista de Medicina de la Universidad Federal de São Paulo. Fue Ministro del Estado de Salud de Brasil. Es orador y dirigente espírita, vinculado al Centro Espírita Allan Kardec (Santos-SP, Brasil), al CPDoc - Centro de Investigaciones y Documentación Espírita y a la CEPA - Asociación Espírita Internacional. Es el autor de los libros "Magnetismo, Vitalismo y el Pensamiento de Kardec", "Mecanismos de la Mediumnidad - El Proceso de Comunicación Mediúmnica" y organizador y coautor del libro "Perspectivas Contemporáneas de la Reencarnación", publica-dos por la Editora CPDoc.
