Author Biography

Therese Rowley, Ph.D., CEO of Accelerated Alignment and Founder of The Conscious Business Network, has been business consultant, skilled intuitive, innovative educator, healer and medium for over 25 years. She transforms clients' lives by helping them move from persistent challenges to positive purpose. Through her unique understanding of intuitive intelligence, Dr. Rowley is a game changer who helps her clients map a new reality.

From her interviews on Dr. Mehmet Oz and other radio shows, to appearances on Chicago's NBC and ABC affiliates, to her Huff Post and ChicagoNow blogs, she advocates for the power of our intuition to transform our lives.

She consults with business leaders in aligning their personal and business missions, and is a trusted advisor as they experience both personal and large scale business change. She speaks professionally on the topics of leadership, transformation and using intuitive intelligence for both professional and personal success. Her videos on Intuition as an Intelligence introduce a new understanding of the different kinds of intuition and offer exercises to strengthen and enhance intuitive skill.

Therese Rowley has performed thousands of intuitive readings and facilitated energetic healing for business leaders and professionals as well as those on a spiritual or conscious path. She provides intuitive insight to parents of intuitively and spiritually gifted children so they better understand how to practically assist the children in their unique giftedness. She is the Executive Producer of the DVD The Misdiagnosis of Gifted Children for parents and school administrators. It offers facts and recommendations about the diagnosis and medical treatment of children who fall outside the norm.

The author holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Transformation from Union Institute and University, an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Denver. She was adjunct faculty in the Masters Program in Organizational Development and Human Resources at The University of San Francisco, and taught on the topics of leadership and strategic change at the University of Chicago LEAD Institute, the University of Chicago Graham School and Northwestern University School for Continuing Studies. She has also done extended study in somatic psychotherapy and over 50 different healing modalities.
