Author Biography
Elsa Punset se licenció en Filosofía y Letras y es máster en Humanidades por la Universidad de Oxford, en Inglaterra. Es también máster en Periodismo por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y máster en Educación Secundaria por la Universidad Camilo José Cela (UCJC).
Colabora habitualmente en distintos medios de comunicación, imparte conferencias y dirige el Laboratorio de Aprendizaje Social y Emocional, desde el que trabaja en la aplicación de la inteligencia emocional en los procesos de toma de decisiones y de aprendizaje de niños y adultos.
