She has been visiting professor at Georgetown, Columbia, NYU, Blaise Pascal at Clermont Ferrand, a faculty member at City College CUNY, and is now at Macaulay Honors College. She lives in New York City and Mexico City. Alberto Quintero is a PhD candidate at Stanford University and the editor-in-chief of Literalia, a digital publishing and translation platform for Mexican writers.
