Chef Km0, con el sello Slow Food, es defensor de una alimentación natural y de temporada, así como responsable de alimentación de Valencia Montessori School, además de youtuber, divulgador, consultor, formador en comedores escolares y creador, junto con Melisa, de la iniciativa #PorUnaEscuelaBienNutrida. Colabora con la Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer y es embajador de Proyecto Juntos, asociación que lucha contra el cáncer infantil.
En 2020 fue galardonado con el Premio especial Basque Culinary World Prize 2020 por su contribución a la sociedad en tiempos de pandemia. Melisa Gómez es dietista-nutricionista, especialista en nutrición clínica en pediatría y asesora de lactancia.
