Dr. Islam won the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology's Scientist-Practitioner Presidential Recognition Award for his focus on science driven practices in training and talent development and the Farmingdale State College Center for Technology, Learning, and Teaching's Faculty Mentorship award.
