In The Revenge of Power, Naím turns to the trends, conditions, and behaviors that are contributing to the concentration of power, and to the clash between those forces that weaken power and those that strengthen it. He concentrates on the three "P"s - populism, polarization, and post-truths. Moisés Naím (1952) es un escritor y columnista venezolano que dirigió entre 1996 y 2010 la revista Foreign Policy y desde 2011 presenta Efecto Naím, un programa semanal de televisión sobre asuntos internacionales que se transmite en decenas de países por la cadena de televisión colombiana NTN24.

Además colabora en medios del máximo prestigio internacional como The Atlantic (EEUU), El País (España), Reforma (Mexico) o La Repubblica (Italia). En reconocimiento a esa labor, en 2011 recibió el Premio Ortega y Gasset, el galardón más importante del periodismo español.
Moisés Naím es un miembro distinguido del Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, y fue ministro de Fomento de Venezuela, Director del Banco Central de Venezuela y Director Ejecutivo del Banco Mundial.

Sus libros Ilícito (Debate, 2007) y El fin del poder (Debate, 2013) fueron sendos éxitos internacionales.
