A partir de entonces, los jueces fueron removidos a mansalva, sin garantía alguna de debido proceso y el Poder Judicial se llenó de jueces provisorios o temprorales, sujetos, por tanto, a los dictados del poder, violándose abiertamente la Constitución que exige concursos que nunca se han realizado. En esta forma, el pilar fundamental del Estado de derecho fue demolido, y con ello, el propio sostén de la democracia, habiendose convertido el Tribunal Supremo, y en partridular, a su Sala Constitucional, en el principal instrumento del autoritarismo. Estos estudios, trabajados y escritos durante las dos últimas décadas, ponen en evidencia la trágica situación de un país carente totalente de Justicia.
