Olga Alejandre (Guadalajara, 1995) es dietista especializada en trastornos de la conducta alimentaria, creadora de contenido y una apasionada del mundo y de las personas. Estudió Publicidad y Organización de Eventos y, tras convivir durante seis años con un TCA mientras vivía en ciudades como Berlín o Milán, volvió a España, donde sanó definitivamente su relación con la comida y decidió estudiar Nutrición para ayudar a otras personas a hacerlo.
