Author Biography
Jeannie Beal Marini brings 40 years as an independent interior designer in Houston, New Orleans, and Scottsdale to her portfolio. Her teaching, workshops and seminars about My Design Zone reached more than 4000, many of whom asked, "Is there a book about this?" Yes, now there is. Jeannie has a passion to strengthen others creative ability, those who want to learn how to create beauty and harmony in their homes. She has taught interior design classes at Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale Community Colleges. Retiring from ASID and IFDA and full-service practice, Jeannie has been a consultant to other designers, as she dedicated herself to writing. Her latest and most exciting venture is the launch of her InDeZo iPad app; an i-Phone version is soon to be launched. Invented for anyone who has ever wanted to create their own interiors, the InDeZo app is the first and only app on the market to help DIY's, design-challenged, and home décor enthusiasts discover their own unique interior design style.
